These terms apply to your use of insta-build-3d.aftershock.agency, operated by Aftershock ("Insta Build 3D", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Separate written agreements govern any project we actually take on. Where an agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

What we provide

Insta Build 3D designs and builds interactive 3D product configurators, the 3D assets behind them, and the surrounding sales infrastructure — site integration, payment gateways and CRM connections.

This website is marketing material. It describes what we do and shows examples of work we have delivered. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of a particular result.

Demo requests and enquiries

Submitting the demo request form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. We will use the details you give us to prepare a relevant demonstration and to reply.

Please give us accurate information, and do not submit anything confidential or commercially sensitive through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a safer route first.

Quotes, projects and payment

Any quote we give is based on the scope discussed at the time and is valid for the period stated in it. Changing the scope changes the quote.

We advertise a pay-when-you're-satisfied approach: we build the configurator, you see it working, and payment follows. What that means in practice — what counts as complete, what the review period is, what happens if you walk away, and who owns what at each stage — is set out in the written agreement for your project, not here. Read that agreement; it is the one that binds both of us.

Intellectual property

This website, its design, text, graphics and code, and the Insta Build 3D name and marks, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish or reuse any of it commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos, products and configurators shown as examples remain the property of those clients and appear here with their permission.

Ownership of anything we create for you is dealt with in your project agreement.

Live demos and third-party platforms

The "Try it" buttons open configurators hosted on our clients' own domains, either in a window over this page or in a new tab. Those sites are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy policies. We show them to demonstrate our work; we are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.

The same applies to any other third-party site we link to.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks these terms
• Submit false details, spam, or automated form submissions
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation for anyone else
• Scrape or systematically extract content, or use it to train a model, without our permission

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we may update the examples shown as our portfolio changes.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Performance figures, conversion statistics and timelines shown on this site are drawn from previous work and are illustrative. They are not a prediction of what your project will achieve.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability in connection with the website is limited to USD 100.

Liability for project work is governed by the agreement covering that work.

Indemnity

If your use of this website in breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
